Marion grew up near Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast, the rugged landscape shaped her visual language, and is reflected in her abstract seascapes and landscapes with layered textures and misty horizons.
Her work is infused with peace and beauty through movement and freedom, expressed through loose, expressive strokes and vibrant, nature-inspired colours. She takes inspiration from the earthy tones of the peat and heather near her home, and from the vast skies and seas from the many nearby beaches, with the ever-changing play of light through seasons both wild and serene.
